Info

Foo Fighters hit Anfield, Liverpool, on 27 June 2026 with a set built on three decades of solid songwriting and stage craft. Launched by Dave Grohl in 1994, the band grew from a solo studio project into a full-force outfit known for sharp melodies, driving guitars and a rhythm section that keeps everything locked. From the punch of their self-titled debut and The Colour and the Shape to the garage grit of Wasting Light and the more intimate But Here We Are, their catalogue moves naturally between urgency and reflection. Expect a run through staples and recent tracks, carried by Grohl’s guitar-and-voice front line, the ballast of Nate Mendel and Pat Smear’s crunch, with Rami Jaffee’s keys tying the layers together.

Royel Otis set the tone with hazy indie pop from Sydney. The duo folds jangly guitars, psych-tinged textures and clear hooks into compact songs, as heard on their 2024 album Pratts & Pain. Tracks like Sofa King, Adored or Heading For The Door sketch a breezy, precise mood that slips easily from lo-fi warmth to clean pop contours.

Die Spitz bring a rougher edge from Austin. The quartet blends punk, grunge, metal and alt-rock into short, abrasive bursts shaped by friendship and DIY beginnings. Their name may bite, but the intent is simple: tight riffs, clipped tempos and a cathartic release that primes the crowd before the headliner.
