The K's

Formed in 2016 in Earlestown, Merseyside, The K’s belong to a British indie-rock tradition focused on guitars, immediate melodies and songwriting crafted for the song format. The band features Jamie Boyle on vocals and guitar, Ryan Breslin on guitar, Dexter Baker on bass and Nathan Peers on drums, who joined in 2023 after Chris Holleran and then Jordan Holden. First noticed through a series of singles released in the late 2010s and early 2020s, The K’s built their trajectory on the English independent scene before moving to full-length records with I Wonder If the World Knows? (2024, LAB Records) and Pretty on the Internet (2025). Their sound rests on direct, fast and tightly wound guitar rock, with vocal lines kept front and centre and a rhythm section that sustains a constant tension. This aesthetic places The K’s in the continuity of an English live-band tradition, between live energy, pop structures and a pronounced rock accent.
