Info
On February 13, 2027, at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Meshuggah bring “The Forty-Year Anomaly” on stage, a night built around the band’s signature way of making extreme metal feel like a moving machine. Expect cyclical riffs, sudden rhythmic shifts, and that locked-in precision where guitars and drums seem to argue in different meters and still land together. From the early jolt of Destroy Erase Improve to the dense tension of Nothing, the long-form pull of Catch Thirtythree, and the more recent weight of Immutable, their set is made for people who like heavy music that keeps your brain busy.
Testament join the bill with their Bay Area thrash backbone: fast, sharp riffs, melodic leads, and Chuck Billy’s commanding vocals pushing songs that can flip from straight-ahead speed to heavier, darker turns without losing momentum.
Blood Incantation round it out from the other side of death metal, mixing technical complexity with cosmic, psychedelic atmosphere and sci-fi-minded storytelling. Think long tracks, tempo changes, and passages that drift into space before snapping back into brutality.
