Info
On July 4, 2027, Lytham Festival lands on Lytham Green in Lytham Saint Annes with a night built around songwriters who know how to keep things intimate even on a big stage.
David Gray brings that mix of folk rock and modern sheen that made White Ladder a turning point, with songs shaped by spare melodies, piano lines and subtle electronic textures. Expect the set to move between hush and lift-off, with room for the signature tracks that carried him from the late 90s into a long run of albums that keep stretching his sound from stripped-back acoustic to more atmospheric moments.
James Morrison joins with his gritty, instantly recognizable voice, rooted in soul, pop rock and acoustic folk. His shows typically balance slow-burn ballads and mid-tempo grooves, carried by guitar and piano and a direct, no-frills way of delivering a chorus. Together, it’s a lineup made for singing along and leaning into the words.
