On December 3, 2027, Ycare brings his "Resilience Tour" to L'Olympia in Paris. A singer-songwriter born in Dakar, he advances in a Francophone pop where melodies grab quickly, often carried by acoustic guitars and lyrics that are very intimate in focus. Revealed to the general public on Nouvelle Star, he has since built a repertoire that moves from ballad to pop rock, with the sound evolving from one album to the next: Au bord du monde, Lumière noire and its more electric tint, La Somme de tout ça, then Adieu je t’aime, before Des millions d’années, with broader arrangements and open to duets. On stage, Ycare puts the text at the forefront, with a direct performance that can be rendered in a tight format as well as in a more electric version. This Parisian concert promises to be a journey through his songs, between personal narratives, gentle tension and refrains that linger, with this way of speaking truthfully without overdoing it.
