R3hab

Under the name R3hab, DJ and producer Fadil El Ghoul, born in Breda in the Netherlands to a family of Moroccan origin, emerged on the Dutch electro‑house scene in the late 2000s. Initially associated with the network of EDM labels around Afrojack, R3hab built his identity around a club‑ and festival‑oriented sound characterized by massive drops, efficient structures and consistently clear melodies. From the mid‑2010s his productions opened up more to pop and radio formats, increasing collaborations with international singers and with other producers such as Afrojack and KSHMR, while remaining rooted in the dance register. This evolution crystallized on the albums Trouble (2017) and The Wave (2018), where R3hab alternates tracks designed for large EDM stages with more melodic pieces, sometimes close to future house or electronic pop. The launch of his label CYB3RPVNK then allowed him to structure his releases and develop recurring collaborations, notably with artists from the North American, European and Asian scenes. Touring clubs and festivals across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, R3hab is part of a global dance‑music dynamic at the intersection of festival culture and pop music.
