Sam Feldt

Born in Boxtel, in North Brabant, Netherlands, Sam Feldt, whose real name is Sammy Renders, has established himself from the mid-2010s in a melodic house vein situated between deep house, tropical house and electronic pop. His name circulated widely from 2015 with his cover of Show Me Love, which establishes a sound centered on smooth rhythms, sung choruses and a luminous production designed for both club formats and broad public listening. Sam Feldt then followed with collaborations with Lucas & Steve, The Him, Akon, Rani, Kesha, Rita Ora, Kygo and Jonas Blue, while developing an accessible dance-music aesthetic built on warm textures, prominent vocal lines and regular borrowings from pop. His discography includes the 2017 album Sunrise, followed by Sunrise to Sunset in the same year, then the remix album After the Sunset in 2018, before the EP Magnets in 2019 and Home Sweet Home in 2020. Alongside studio releases, Sam Feldt maintains strong DJ activity on major international electronic stages and has also expanded his repertoire into a Sam Feldt Live format with musicians. In 2020, he launched the Heartfeldt Records label, extending a path at the crossroads of the European EDM scene and a more radio-friendly pop dance.
