Felix Jaehn

Born in Hamburg in 1994, Felix Jaehn established himself from the mid-2010s in an electronic register situated between tropical house, melodic deep house, and pop dance. Trained in music from an early age, notably on violin, and then attending a music school in London, Felix Jaehn began DJing as a teenager before being spotted with a series of smooth and sunny productions such as 'Eagle Eyes' in 2014, recorded with Lost Frequencies and Linying. His name then circulated widely thanks to his remix of 'Cheerleader' by OMI in 2015, followed by 'Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better)' with Jasmine Thompson, which established a formula based on light rhythms, catchy pop refrains, and accessible house, often oriented toward clubs as well as radio. Over the years, Felix Jaehn broadened his range toward a more direct dance sound, sometimes close to contemporary eurodance, as illustrated by collaborations with Steve Aoki, Robin Schulz, Alok, The Vamps, and Zoe Wees. His debut album I was released in 2018, followed by Breathe in 2021, and then the Happy Rave EP in 2023, which marks a shift toward faster and more festive textures.
