Gauvain Sers

Gauvain Sers returns to the stage with Boulevard de l’enfance, his fourth album written between Paris and the Creuse, somewhere between the personal and the political. His pen moves from memories to quiet anger, from humour to tenderness, seeking stories that tell life as it is lived. After a few years of slowing down to reconnect with everyday life, fatherhood and his roots have given rise to a renewed perspective—more direct and more intimate.

First noticed as the opening act for Renaud, he made his mark with “Pourvu,” followed by “Les oubliés” and “Ta place dans ce monde,” songs that interweave portraits of those close to him, rural France and generational questions. In concert, you find the same mix of social chronicles and confidences: guitar slung over his shoulder, tightly crafted lyrics and melodies that slip in subtly.

On December 11, 2026, Gauvain Sers will be at the Bourse du Travail in Lyon. It will be an opportunity to hear the new tracks from Boulevard de l’enfance alongside the songs that have accompanied him so far—between Parisian cafés, the roads of the Creuse and life scenes in which anyone can recognize themselves.
