Steel Panther

Steel Panther, a Los Angeles glam metal band formed in 2000, stops in Paris on its Europe Twenty Twenty S€X Tour. The Californians revive the spirit of ’80s hair metal in their own way: heavily distorted guitars, old-school solos, prominent backing vocals and tongue-in-cheek humor. On stage, the quartet focuses on efficiency, alternating tight, punchy riffs with choruses designed for the crowd to sing along. On June 15, 2026, at the Bataclan in Paris, they played a set that spans their various albums and compiles their most anticipated tracks. The setlist features, among others, Fat Girl (Thar She Blows), Friends With Benefits, Gloryhole and Death To All But Metal — songs that well summarize their blend of hard rock and mockery. Glam attitude, wink-filled outfits and a strong sense of spectacle round out the picture for a show that distills the band’s DNA: a heavy sound, straight-ahead melodies and a practiced dose of self-mockery inherited from their early days on the Los Angeles scene.
