On March 15, 2026, Leith Ross will be at Point Ephémère in Paris. Originally from a small town near Ottawa, the artist writes intimate songs that blend indie folk, alternative and rock. They move forward with a quiet sincerity, carried by a clear voice and introspective songwriting, often pared down to the essentials — guitar and spare melodies — and occasionally opening up to more pop or electric arrangements.
In 2020 they released Motherwell, a self-produced debut EP recorded live. This was followed by the tracks “I’d Have To Think About It” and “We’ll Never Have Sex,” which were widely shared online, and a signing with Republic Records in 2022. The following year saw the release of To Learn, a debut album that explores queerness, love, relationships and mental health. At Point Ephémère, Leith Ross will present these songs and a songwriting that is intimate, direct and unvarnished.
