ADÉLA

Born in 2003 in Bratislava, Slovakia, ADÉLA (Adéla Jergová) is a singer, songwriter, and dancer whose path blends classical training with contemporary pop. Introduced to ballet at an early age, she trained as a child in Moscow, later joined the Vienna State Ballet as a teenager, and eventually moved to London—an itinerary that firmly anchored movement and performance at the core of ADÉLA’s artistic identity. In 2022, she relocated to Los Angeles to focus on music while studying it in college. ADÉLA came to attention in 2023 on the survival show Dream Academy, produced by Hybe and Geffen; she did not make it past the initial rounds, but the experience led to an appearance in the 2024 Netflix docuseries Pop Star Academy: Katseye. That same year, ADÉLA debuted as a solo act with the pop single “Homewrecked,” followed by “Superscar,” and in 2025 honed a world centered on sexual expression and autofiction with “MachineGirl,” co-produced by Grimes, and “DeathByDevotion.” Signed to Capitol and Polydor, she released her debut EP, The Provocateur, in 2025—powered in particular by the track “SexOnTheBeat”—and launched her first tour, The ProvocaTour, in the fall. ADÉLA cites Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and Mariah Carey among her touchstones, favors intricate vocal harmonies, and crafts a direct, choreographed, and explicitly personal brand of pop. In 2026, ADÉLA is set to join Demi Lovato as a special guest on the It's Not That Deep Tour.
