Dominic Fike

Born in Naples, Florida, in 1995, Dominic Fike blends alternative pop, rap and guitar-driven rock, rooted in the internet culture of the 2010s. After posting early tracks on SoundCloud he attracted label interest and released the EP Don’t Forget About Me, Demos on Columbia Records in 2018; the track “3 Nights” established his approach of combining simple melodic lines, talk-sung vocals and catchy choruses. His music moves between bright indie pop, hip-hop influences and touches of R&B, with guitar at the center and introspective, often autobiographical lyrics. In 2020 he issued his debut album What Could Possibly Go Wrong, which broadened his sound into a more rock-oriented and experimental direction, followed in 2023 by Sunburn, which contains more direct references to his Florida adolescence. He has also collaborated widely (notably with Brockhampton and Halsey) and toured festivals and venues across North America and Europe. From 2022 he has pursued acting as well, with a recurring role in the series Euphoria.
