Info
Megadeth returns to Paris on March 21, 2027, at the Paris Zénith, with a tour billed as their farewell. Founded in 1983 by Dave Mustaine, the band remains a benchmark of thrash metal, known for its nerve-wracking riffs, tight arrangements, and lyrics that speak as much of politics as of inner chaos. On stage, history unfolds at high speed: the classics that defined the genre, from Peace Sells... but Who’s Buying? to Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction, cross paths with tracks from the latest years, up to the recent releases that have reignited the machine.
Before them, Testament opens the evening: another pillar of the early thrash wave, renowned for its razor-sharp compositions and knack for well-timed breaks, with that blend of precision and aggression that has built its reputation since the late 80s.
Black Label Society completes the bill. Led by Zakk Wylde, the project delivers gritty heavy metal, heavier and more rock-oriented, perfect to raise the tension before Megadeth takes the stage.
