Info
On 12 September 2026, O2 Academy Brixton in London hosts the All the Feelings Tour, bringing together Metric, Broken Social Scene and Stars. Three acts from the same Toronto-Montreal orbit share a stage and a catalogue that tracks indie from the early 2000s to today.
Metric formed in Toronto around Emily Haines and James Shaw, later joined by Joshua Winstead and Joules Scott-Key. Their sound threads angular guitars, synth lines and direct chorus craft, across albums from Fantasies and Synthetica to Formentera and Formentera II. On stage, the band shifts between taut rock and synth-driven momentum, with Haines at the mic and keys.
Broken Social Scene, the collective led by Kevin Drew and Brendan Canning, plays in shifting configurations, stacking guitars with brass, strings and layered voices. From You Forgot It in People to Hug of Thunder, the songs favor large-scale arrangements and ensemble dynamics. Long-running collaborators often cross paths here, including Emily Haines and Amy Millan.
Stars centres the call-and-response of Torquil Campbell and Amy Millan, mixing indie pop with chamber textures and synth pulses. Set Yourself on Fire, In Our Bedroom After the War and From Capelton Hill trace a line of melodic storytelling that balances dance-pop accents and slower, reflective pieces.
Together on the same bill, links within the Arts & Crafts scene run through the night, with overlapping histories and songs that span more than two decades.
