Info

On June 23, 2026, Black Veil Brides will play at Patronaat in Haarlem. The band, originally from Cincinnati and later hardened in Los Angeles, has for years moved effortlessly between metalcore and melodic hard rock, with a clear nod to the glam aesthetic of the 1980s. Around singer Andy Biersack they have built a recognisable world: dark imagery, theatrical makeup and choruses that stick, somewhere between gothic metal, arena rock and the legacy of emo.

Since their debut We Stitch These Wounds (2010), the group's sound shifted toward a tighter, more classic heavy rock on Set the World on Fire (2011), and took a cinematic turn with the concept album Wretched and Divine (2013). The self-titled 2014 album, partly produced by Bob Rock, cemented that profile. With Re-Stitch These Wounds (2020) the band revisited its early years, and with The Phantom Tomorrow (2021) further extended its modern metal vocabulary.

Live, it’s all about impact and melody, carried by Andy’s voice and the guitar duo Jake Pitts/Jinxx, with Christian “CC” Coma on drums and Lonny Eagleton on bass. A set where older anthems and newer tracks find a natural fit, without frills but with a focus on songs and energy.
