Chiodos brings the It’s Not You, It’s Me Tour to the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver on August 8, 2026. Formed in Michigan in 2001, the band carved a place in the mid-2000s post-hardcore wave with songs that swing between screamo tension and emo melody, sudden shifts and piano-led breaks. Across All’s Well That Ends Well and Bone Palace Ballet, then Illuminaudio and Devil, their path moved through lineup changes and the return of vocalist Craig Owens, keeping a taste for contrasts: sharp riffs, strained voices, jagged rhythms, clear choruses and a dramatic edge that stops short of metal.
Opening, sace6 is the US duo of sace. and Noah Thomas, a pop project built on emotional friction. Vulnerable vocals brush against grit, R&B contours meet a metallic charge, and intimacy flips into saturated surges, choosing tension over smooth fusion.
Also on the bill, London-rooted Calva Louise, led by Jess Allanic, folds alternative rock, post-hardcore nerves, punk bite and electronic textures into tight, shifting structures. From catchy hooks to more abrasive turns, the band has refined its identity across UK, US and European stages, and extended its visual world with the self-produced 2023 mixtape Over The Threshold.
