Info

Geese, a New York band, returns with "Getting Killed", an album shaped in Los Angeles with Kenneth "Kenny Beats" Blume after a meeting at a festival. Recorded in ten days, the record favors momentum and live takes. It pairs garage riffs with samples of Ukrainian choirs, drum machines that heat up beneath abrasive guitars, and near-lullaby vignettes jostled by repetitive explorations. Geese pushes its songwriting here toward freer forms, balancing tension and tenderness and moving its rock reference points onto more instinctive ground.

After 3D Country in 2023, which put the band on the map, Geese went on to tour with King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Greta Van Fleet, Spoon, Jack White and Vampire Weekend. In the meantime, singer Cameron Winter released Heavy Metal, a debut solo album that fed into his return to the band. Reunited once more, the group is presenting "Getting Killed" on stage and exploring its new obsessions with the energy of live performance. See them on March 7, 2026 at La Cigale in Paris to discover this new chapter and see where the band stands today.
