Nova Twins

The London duo centered on Amy Love (vocals, guitar) and Georgia South (bass), Nova Twins crafts a hybrid sound that mixes alternative rock, punk, metal and influences from grime and hip‑hop. Active since the mid‑2010s, the band drew attention with a string of singles and a self‑titled EP in 2016 before consolidating their identity on the album Who Are the Girls? (2020), characterized by abrasive textures, prominent bass lines and a vocal delivery that shifts between chant‑like rap and catchy melodies. They continued that approach on Supernova (2022), where the duo pushed contrasts further—heavy sections, direct choruses and almost electronic passages—while asserting a strong visual aesthetic borrowing equally from punk and street culture. On stage, Nova Twins integrate into British and international rock and metal circuits, moving between clubs, mid‑sized venues and major festivals, often sharing bills with alternative and metalcore acts. The band has also expanded through collaborations, notably with Bring Me the Horizon and Enter Shikari, positioning Nova Twins at the crossroads of rock culture, urban music and the DIY scene.
