The Vaccines

Formed in 2010 at the initiative of Justin Young, Freddie Cown, Arni Hjörvar and Pete Robertson, The Vaccines is an English alternative rock band. Barely a year after they formed, The Vaccines released their debut album «What Did You Except From The Vaccines ?» on Columbia, the label that produced the band's first three albums. With this debut, the band climbed to number four on the UK charts, and the album became a bestseller within months. As a result, the four musicians were chosen by Arctic Monkeys, Muse and even Arcade Fire to open for them on tour. The Vaccines became a genuine musical phenomenon that spread across Europe. Their second album, «Come of Age», was released in 2012 and was also successful, allowing The Vaccines to reach the top of the charts in England.
