Dynazty

Formed in Stockholm in 2007, Dynazty entered the Swedish metal scene with a trajectory marked by a shift from hard rock with glam influences to a more pronounced melodic and power-metal sound. Built around singer Nils Molin, who initially operated in a sleaze-rock register, the band gradually put greater emphasis on keyboards, denser arrangements and songwriting geared toward structured choruses. Dynazty's early albums, beginning with 'Bring the Thunder' (2009), then 'Knock You Down' (2011) and 'Sultans of Sin' (2012), remain rooted in straightforward hard rock, while 'Renatus' (2014) marks a clear turn toward a more modern melodic heavy metal. This evolution continued with 'Titanic Mass' (2016) and 'Firesign' (2018), before Dynazty consolidated this identity on 'The Dark Delight' (2020) and 'Final Advent' (2022). Primarily a five-piece, Dynazty has made its mark on European metal stages, and Nils Molin's participation in Amaranthe places the band within a network of recurring collaborations in contemporary Scandinavian metal.
