Boulevard des Airs

Born in Tarbes in the Hautes‑Pyrénées in 2004, Boulevard des Airs develops francophone pop open to chanson, Latin rhythms, light electro and folk and world colors, with direct melodic songwriting and a marked taste for blending timbres. Originally formed around Florent Dasque and Sylvain Duthu, the collective first built its reputation on stage before releasing Paris‑Buenos Aires in 2011 and Les Appareuses Trompences in 2013. With Bruxelles in 2015, Boulevard des Airs broadened its audience and moved on to festivals, French tours and dates abroad, while playing larger venues after notably supporting Tryo. The band continued this trajectory with Je me dis que toi aussi in 2018, whose title track won the Victoire de la Musique for original song in 2019, then with Loin des yeux in 2021, an album nourished by collaborations with LEJ, Vianney, Patrick Bruel and Claudio Capéo. Boulevard des Airs’s sound remains attached to collective choruses, brass, guitars and a progressively more contemporary pop production. In 2025, Boulevard des Airs opened a new chapter with Je rentre à la maison, following Sylvain Duthu’s departure and the arrival of singer Eyal.
