Amble

Amble bring their contemporary Irish folk to the Orpheum in Vancouver on 28 October 2026. The trio write for voices and guitars, keeping arrangements spare and tempos unhurried so the lyrics stay upfront. Their songs lean on close harmonies and simple, clear structures, with a warm acoustic palette that nods to folk tradition while sitting alongside today’s indie folk.

Emerging online in the early 2020s with tracks shared on streaming platforms, Amble then grew through small-room gigs and independent spaces across Ireland before taking the project on the road. The writing turns to relationships, vulnerability and the everyday, told in direct language; melodies often gather in chorus, letting the room breathe with them.

On stage, the setup stays light—voices, guitars, little else—keeping focus on storytelling and blend. The result is an intimate live moment that favors clarity over ornament, carried by steady pacing and the pull of three voices.
