Treaty Oak Revival
Formed in Odessa in West Texas, Treaty Oak Revival brings together Sam Canty, Lance Vanley, Jeremiah Vanley and Cody Holloway around a sound that blends country rock, southern rock, red dirt and a more abrasive tension drawn from punk and post grunge. The band started in 2018 as a cover band before quickly developing an original repertoire focused on dense guitars, straightforward choruses and writing rooted in Texan everyday life. Treaty Oak Revival released its first single No Vacancy in 2020 followed by the No Vacancy album in 2021. The second album Have a Nice Day was released in 2023 and accompanied the widening of their audience beyond the regional circuit. On stage Treaty Oak Revival initially toured Texas venues and festivals, then in 2024 joined Koe Wetzel s tour and performed that year at the Grand Ole Opry. Their music remains built on a balance between rock energy, country accents and darker melodic lines with a marked taste for contrasts between electric nerves and popular storytelling. In 2025 Treaty Oak Revival released the single Bad State of Mind then the acoustic album The Talco Tapes and the studio album West Texas Degenerate. In the same year the bassist Andrew Carey left the group and Dakota Hernandez replaced him.
