On August 3, 2026, at Haus Auensee in Leipzig, Lamb of God will headline an evening that places their distinctive U.S. groove metal at the center. Since their beginnings in Richmond, the band has shaped its sound from syncopated riffs, heavy rhythms and a throaty, raw vocal delivery. From New American Gospel and As the Palaces Burn through Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament to Lamb of God and Omens, a clear thread runs through: a thrash-tinged drive, politically charged lyrics and a knack for creating tension in transitions. With Randy Blythe on vocals and Art Cruz on drums, the current chapter feels focused and direct.
Bleed From Within come from Glasgow, blending metalcore, groove metal and melodic death. Since Uprising and Era, punchy guitars and structured hooks have accompanied the harsh shouting; Fracture and Shrine distill this mix into high-energy live moments.
Thy Art Is Murder, from Sydney, lean on compact deathcore with dense riffing, abrupt breaks and deep growls. From Hate through Holy War to Godlike, the lyrics grapple with social conflicts; live, precision and tempo meet uncompromising brutality.
Fit For An Autopsy, from New Jersey, combine death-metal riffs, a hardcore legacy and atmospheric tension arcs. Under guitarist and producer Will Putney, the band evolved from Hellbound to Oh What the Future Holds, establishing striking contrasts between massive rhythms, heavy, grinding slow sections and airy passages.
