LANDMVRKS

Based in Marseille, metalcore band Landmvrks emerged in the mid‑2010s around vocalist Florent Salfati, soon joined by guitarists Nicolas Exposito and Paul C. Wilson, bassist Rudy Purkart and drummer Kévin D’Agostino, forming a quintet that made its mark on the European heavy scene. From their debut Hollow in 2016, Landmvrks established a blend of massive riffs, pronounced breakdowns and melodic choruses, continued on 2018’s Fantasy where the band’s metalcore opened up to more alternative influences and song‑oriented structures. With Lost In The Waves (2021) they accentuated the contrast between abrasive hardcore passages, varied vocal registers and more immediate melodic lines, sustaining an active schedule of club and international festival touring. The 2024 album Creature furthers this evolution with a denser sound and touches approaching nu‑metal and modern pop, confirming Landmvrks as an established player in contemporary metalcore from Marseille.
