Info
British singer-songwriter dodie brings her intimate indie pop and folk-leaning songs to Toronto on March 4, 2026 at Danforth Music Hall. Since the early 2010s, the Epping-born artist has shaped a writing style built on close harmonies, a clear voice and direct, autobiographical lyrics. First known on YouTube as doddleoddle, she evolved from home recordings to a steady touring life with a run of self-produced EPs: Intertwined (2016), You (2017), Human (2019) and Hot Mess (2022). Her debut album Build a Problem (2021) pushed that approach further, touching on mental health, intimacy, family and relationships with discreet orchestral touches and a calm melodic backbone.
On stage, dodie moves between acoustic guitar, piano and subtle string textures, keeping the focus on the song and the moment it creates in the room. Special guest Andy Louis opens the evening.
