Daisy Grenade

Formed in New York around Dani Nigro and Keaton Whittaker, Daisy Grenade develops an alt-pop duo at the crossroads of pop punk, bubblegrunge, and direct confessional songwriting, where catchy melodies sit next to saturated guitars and a tone that is knowingly ironic. The project emerged in the early 2020s with an aesthetic that blends pop hooks, rock energy, and lyrics centered on relationships, anger, self-deprecation, and emotional contradictions. Daisy Grenade fits into an American scene nourished as much by 2000s pop-rock as by a more current sensibility, visible in short, upfront formats. The duo broadened its audience by touring with Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens, which also places Daisy Grenade in a live circuit close to alternative rock and contemporary pop-punk. In terms of discography, Daisy Grenade released the EPs Daisy Grenade 2.0 in 2022 and Cult Classic in 2023, before continuing to release singles. Their music rests on a clear contrast between glossy production, light grunge tension, and vocal harmonies that give Daisy Grenade a compact, tense, and legible identity.
