L.E.J is a friendship that came before the music, born long before the stage lights and the tours. The trio returns with S’aimer c’est une galère, an entirely self-produced album, shaped by six hands and without compromise. More personal, more raw, this new chapter tightens the songwriting and places vocal harmonies—sliding between R&B, French chanson and French touch—at its core. Loose rhythms, direct choruses, understated synths and club pulses sketch a hybrid sound, conceived as much for live performance as for headphone listening. The lyrics recount the impulses and collisions of love, without detour, with that distinctive way of blending melody and rhythmic phrasing that defines them. L.E.J will present this repertoire on April 17, 2026 at La Belle Électrique in Grenoble, an opportunity to run through the new tracks and revisit songs that have punctuated their path. A concert that highlights self-production and tightened writing, as close as possible to what the trio wants to say and be heard for today.
