L.E.J.
L.E.J stands for Lucie, Elisa and Juliette — three singers and childhood friends from Saint-Denis whose rapport and creativity won over audiences from the start. They were revealed in 2015 by their "Summer 2015" medley, which went viral on social networks, and quickly established themselves as a musical phenomenon, combining flawless vocal harmonies, cello and percussion in an inventive pop approach. Trained at the conservatory and possessing a solid musical background, they move easily between chanson, rap, pop and world music, reworking both classics and their own compositions. Their first album, En attendant l’album, followed by Poupées Russes and Pas Peur, confirmed their songwriting talent and their knack for blending modernity with acoustic elegance. On stage, L.E.J stand out through a natural energy and rare cohesion, alternating power and tenderness with disarming ease. In just a few years they have become a symbol of freshness and musical freedom, embodying a new way of approaching francophone pop: exacting, joyful and deeply human.
