Andhim

Formed in Cologne by Simon Haehnel and Tobias Müller, Andhim has been part of the German electronic scene since the late 2000s with a sound that sits between house, tech house and deep house, enriched by melodic accents, vocal loops and songwriting that's more open to pop than the strict club format. The duo emerged through a series of EPs and remixes that established them in the European club circuit, before expanding their presence to festivals and international dates. Over the years Andhim has evolved their formula while maintaining a restrained, mobile rhythmic base, with tracks built on supple grooves, clear basslines and frequent work on the contrast between minimal tension and more lyrical passages. Strongly identified with the duo format, Andhim alternates between production and DJ sets, following a trajectory tied both to German club culture and to broader circulation within contemporary house scenes.
