Muscadine Bloodline

Born in Alabama around Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton, Muscadine Bloodline formed in 2015 and sits in a country register nourished by southern rock, folk, and a writing style deeply rooted in the Southern United States. The duo develops a direct, melodic, and supple sound, where vocal harmonies, acoustic and electric guitars, and a narrative sensibility inherited from the country tradition blend with a more contemporary approach. After several independent releases that gradually established their name on the American country scene, Muscadine Bloodline broadened its audience with the track 'Porch Swing Angel', then continued its trajectory between concerts, festivals, and tours, notably sharing the bill with Lainey Wilson and Post Malone. Their discography includes Burn It at Both Ends (2022) and Teenage Dixie (2023), followed by Longleaf Lo-Fi (2024), a more stripped-down project that foregrounds a sober and organic aesthetic. Since their beginnings, Muscadine Bloodline has cultivated a balance between intimate ballads, mid-tempo tracks, and more nerve-wracking songs, with constant attention to landscapes, accents, and Gulf and Alabama narratives.
