On March 10, 2027, TX2 brings its alt-pop-punk and emo-rap project to Cathouse in Glasgow, with a set built for anyone who likes their hooks catchy and their lyrics straight to the point. Coming out of the late-2010s online scene, TX2 shaped its sound through a steady run of independent singles and EPs, mixing fast pop-punk tempos, heavy guitars and sharp dynamic shifts.
Onstage, the writing lands in that space between rap phrasing, rough-edged vocals, occasional screams and more melodic passages, always built around choruses that stick. The themes are just as central as the riffs: mental health, alienation, toxic relationships, that constant push and pull between wanting to connect and wanting to disappear. Expect a direct, high-energy show where emotion isn’t polished away, and where the crowd is part of the conversation as much as the songs are.
