Zero Poetry (FR) - Punk
It’s a very angry (and stupid) punk accompanied by two volunteer quasi-musicians who are on the brink of being fired at every show. The band has released ten albums, some of them rather blue (all the punk clichés are on display), a batch of music videos, some of which have been broadcast, and to crown it all, the band does everything to spread the International Federation of Zero Poetry across the globe so that there are Zero Poetry in every city worldwide and that they stop performing concerts for good.
Assassin Vulvas (FR) - Punk-rap
Assassin Vulvas is space punk-rap, with DJ Conant and MC Vieillard, two screeching female MCs on electronic rigs, and Samy on electric guitar. Assassin Vulvas makes you dance, sing along, and deafens ears. And above all, they make you think. Their two albums, Godzilla 3000 (2019) and Das Kapital (2022), tackle important topics: class struggle, aliens, unemployment, abortion, big muscles, and of course love. In 2023, their song La Retraite was played at numerous trade union demonstrations in France. Assassin Vulvas are the hope of a better, fairer world, a world where CAC 40 would be the name of an organic, accessible chocolate drink for all. Marxists, feminists, they sing of the future.
Citron Sucré (FR) - Electro punk
Citron Sucré, a presence as dark as it is luminous in your hazardous nights, when you expect nothing and yet you are ready for anything. With techno kicks, cavernous bass and addictive synths, all carried by a pop-punk energy, let your soul be enchanted by her voice and deceptively naïve riffs. Her chaotic and inhabited performances stimulate the senses with electro-pop-punk that is both furious and fragile, reviving dancing bodies.
