DJ Pone

DJ Pone is a French hip-hop DJ from Meaux, known as a member of the acclaimed quartet Birdy Nam Nam, founded in 2002. Behind the stage name DJ Pone is Thomas Parent, a talented DJ who has been a multiple-time DMC champion and who collaborated with Cut Killer in 1999 and, a year later, with the French rap group Triptik. DJ Pone’s skill and mastery of the turntables led him to co-host, alongside Cut Killer, sets broadcast twice a month on the French radio station Skyrock from 2001 to 2007. In 2013, DJ Pone regularly performed with his vinyl turntables on major Parisian stages such as the Rex and La Bellevilloise.
