Nate Smith

Based in Nashville but originally from the small town of Paradise, California, Nate Smith develops songwriting rooted in contemporary country, threaded with pop and rock influences. Marked by the 2018 fire that devastated his town, he redirected his musical trajectory and gradually gained attention by sharing intimate tracks and autobiographical ballads, featuring a powerful voice, direct melodies and choruses carried by electric guitars. This new visibility opened the doors to Nashville’s country scene for him—writing sessions, club shows and opening slots—in a register that mixes romantic ballads, mid‑tempo numbers and more driving songs. Signed to a label from the American country scene, Nate Smith released a self‑titled debut studio album in 2023, 'Nate Smith', which gathers his main singles and defines a style centered on themes of breakup, rebuilding and attachment to his Californian roots.
