Nieve Ella
Born in 2003 in Albrighton, Shropshire, England, Nieve Ella developed a self-taught songwriting approach during lockdown after teaching herself guitar and beginning to compose her first songs. Launched in 2022 with the singles "Girlfriend", "Blu Shirt Boy", "Fall 4 U" and then "Glasshouses", Nieve Ella has built a repertoire between indie pop and British indie rock, featuring clean guitars, direct melodies and lyrics focused on adolescence, relationships, attachment insecurity and grief. Her trajectory quickly took shape with the EPs Young & Naive (2023), Lifetime of Wanting (2023) and Watch It Ache and Bleed (2024). A member of the Loud LDN collective, she is part of a recent English scene attentive to short formats and the crossover between indie pop and melodic rock. On stage, Nieve Ella has opened for Dylan, Inhaler, Courteeners and Girl in Red, and has appeared at festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading. Backed by a band, she extends in concert a compact formula centered on guitars, bass and drums, heard on tracks like "Big House", "His Sofa", "Your Room" and "The Things We Say".
