Mosimann

Born in Geneva in 1988 and raised between Switzerland and France, Quentin Mosimann, now performing as Mosimann, has built a career at the crossroads of francophone pop and electronic music. Initially introduced to a wide audience in the mid-2000s as a singer and pianist on French television, he recorded two studio albums leaning toward pop and dance—Duel (2008) and Exhibition (2010)—before gradually refocusing his work on DJing and production under the Mosimann alias. Operating mainly within electro house and progressive house, Mosimann favors an approach that blends club-oriented structures, vocal melodies and pop references, while exploring more techno- and house-leaning textures on certain projects. Active on European club and festival stages, he has released numerous singles and remixes for French and international artists and has signed to various labels specializing in electronic dance. Alongside his production work, Quentin Mosimann served for several seasons as a coach on the Belgian edition of The Voice, positioning him as a bridge between DJ culture, francophone song and mainstream popular culture.
