Nic Fanciulli

Born in Maidstone, Kent, Nic Fanciulli emerged in the early 2000s on the British electronic scene with a sound that sits between house, tech house and techno, built around percussive grooves, rounded basslines and club-oriented arrangements. Both a DJ and a producer, he went on to establish a steady international presence, from UK clubs to Ibiza and on to festivals and major electronic stages. In 2005 he launched the label Saved Records, a lasting platform in his career that reflects his interest in sober, dynamic house and techno focused on progression. His work takes the form of extended sets, original productions, remixes and collaborations, notably the duo Skylark formed with Andy Chatterley. Over the course of his career Nic Fanciulli has maintained a direct approach to the dancefloor, favouring selections and tracks where rhythmic tension, mixing skills and continual atmosphere matter more than stylistic frills.
