Crusy

Under the name Crusy, Mikel Huerga has been developing from Madrid a project focused on house and tech house, with a clear preference for direct rhythms, clean basslines and club-oriented arrangements. Active since 2011, he began DJing and producing his own tracks very young, at around fifteen. That early period gradually got him noticed within the Spanish house circuit, leading to a 2020 remix collaboration with David Penn. Crusy’s profile grew further in 2022 with “Selecta”, released on Toolroom Trax, followed by “Karma”, which cemented his place within a contemporary, energetic and functional house aesthetic—at the crossroads of vocal groove, percussion and a restrained tech house. He has since worked with producers such as Mark Knight, Low Steppa and Dombresky, with whom he notably released “El Beso”. Through solo productions, remixes and releases on labels tied to the current house scene, Crusy is building a steady trajectory in Spanish and European electronic music.
