Gregor Salto

Active since the early 2000s on the Dutch electronic scene, Gregor Salto has built a career in the Netherlands as a DJ and producer centered on a blend of house, electro house and Afro‑Latin rhythms. He first drew attention with tracks like Can't Stop Playing with Dr. Kucho! in 2005 and Toys Are Nuts! with Chuckie in 2007, before broadening his palette toward a more percussive house influenced by Caribbean, Brazilian and African music. This direction is evident in releases such as Para Voce (2014), the Para Você EP (2016), Magalenha with Simon Fava and Sergio Mendes (2017), and Child of the Rainbow and Bangene with BCUC (2021). Over the years he has also collaborated with Sidney Samson, Wiwek, Chocolate Puma and Sander van Doorn, and produced official remixes for Rihanna, Rita Ora, Major Lazer and Galantis. His discography also includes the album Gregor Salto Ultimate Miami 2, released in 2014. Between club house, tropical textures and a direct rhythmic focus, Gregor Salto occupies a distinctive place linking the European dance scene with global influences.
