Mack Geiger

Born in Queensland, Mack Geiger writes and sings a country rooted in the Australian vastness, blending neotraditional country, acoustic ballads, and narrative songwriting. His journey begins in a rural setting, on a breeding property distant from the big centers, where long journeys and country life early feed his relationship to country music. Before emerging under his own name, Mack Geiger played for hours in rodeos, campdrafts and local events, building a live repertoire through direct contact with the audience. His music rests on a straightforward voice, foregrounded guitars and songs built around simple, often daily-life situations, travels, work, and personal bonds. Mack Geiger drew attention with the singles “About Time” in 2025 and then “String By,” which broadens his audience beyond Australia. This early phase of his career also takes him to North American country stages, with touring dates and circuit festival presence. Between Australian heritage and a broader country format, Mack Geiger develops a direct, melodic, no-frills register, conceived as much for small stages as for more open contexts.
