Annahstasia

Based in Los Angeles, singer-songwriter Annahstasia creates music at the crossroads of folk, soul and minimalist acoustic R&B. Initially present online with a handful of recordings and intimate shows, she shaped her universe with the EP Sacred Bull, released in 2019, which established songwriting focused on voice, guitar and spare arrangements. Her songs, often slow and built around guitar arpeggios, leave ample room for her deep, velvety timbre, harmonies close to gospel and a lyrical sensibility that blends personal narratives with symbolic imagery. Across singles released in the early 2020s, Annahstasia evolved this folk‑soul framework toward more atmospheric forms, with touches of light psychedelia and indie pop, while maintaining a very organic production approach.
