Info
K. Maro returns to the stage on March 4, 2027 at the Splendid in Lille, bringing a style that has long wandered between Francophone rap, pop, R&B and electronic touches. Born in Beirut and raised in Montreal, he first cut his teeth in Quebec hip-hop before forging a solo path where the verses glide between French and English, with very melodic choruses and production designed to bring the energy of the club and the song closer together.
The concert promises a set that traverses his 2000s, from the international momentum of La Good Life to the more anglophone turn of Perfect Stranger, not forgetting his delivery, loose and direct, carried by clean and effective arrangements. An opportunity to see live an artist as comfortable with pop hooks as with flow, and to dive back into a pivotal period of urban playlists.
