Info
Malcolm Todd brings his Do That Again Tour to History in Toronto on September 29, 2026. Born in Los Angeles in 2003, he writes, sings and plays with an easy blend of indie pop, alternative R&B and bedroom pop. His songs are built on direct lyrics, hushed guitars and supple melodies, with a production style that stays close to the voice and keeps the groove upfront.
A self‑taught bassist and guitarist, he started out in a DIY duo with friend Charlie Ziman, leading to the EPs Demos Before Prom (2022) and Shower Shoes (2023). The momentum picked up in 2023 when Art House and Roommates spread online, later folded into the 2024 mixtape Sweet Boy, his first release with Columbia. Stage time followed quickly, including an opening run for Omar Apollo on the God Said No World Tour. In 2025 he dropped a self‑titled album featuring Bleed with Omar Apollo, then returned in 2026 with Do That Again.
On stage, Malcolm Todd favors compact, melodic songs that move between tight pop hooks and relaxed R&B rhythms. Expect a set that threads new material from Do That Again with earlier standouts, carried by warm guitars, subtle beats and an intimate vocal delivery.
