Skip the Use « Love & Anxiety Tour »

On 18 March 2027, Skip The Use set up their amps at Le Bikini, in Ramonville-Saint-Agne, for a stop on the Love & Anxiety Tour. Formed in 2007 around Matt Bastard, formerly of Carving, the band includes Yann Stefani, Jay Gimenez, Lio Rapsaert and Manamax Catteloin. Over fifteen years they have forged a direct, no-nonsense sound where rock rubs up against punk and electro, and a live sensibility honed through hundreds of concerts.

On stage, Skip The Use play head-on: taut guitars, a gripping rhythm section and vocals crafted to be sung back by the crowd. The set draws from a repertoire built from their self-released debut in 2009 through the momentum of Can Be Late—which earned them a Victoire de la Musique in 2013—while also making room for the new tracks from Love & Anxiety. The band’s dynamic remains the same: go straight to the point, build the tension, and constantly reignite the momentum.
