Ghinzu

Ghinzu returns to the stage on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at Le Bikini in Ramonville-Saint-Agne. Seventeen years after Mirror Mirror, the Belgian band reopens the chapter with W.O.W.A, a new album conceived for the stage, where its indie rock opts for contrasts. Carried by John Stargasm's vocals and keyboards, the quintet weaves a balance between abrasive guitars and a central piano, sudden shifts in dynamics and almost cinematic atmospheres. The tracks gain in scope live, with tension build-ups and extended structures that let the melodies breathe while preserving the electric drive.

Born on the Brussels scene in the late 1990s, Ghinzu first made its name with Electronic Jacuzzi, before widening its reach with Blow in 2004 and then honing its dark, orchestrated aesthetic on Mirror Mirror in 2009. This new tour places at the heart of the set that blend of raw energy and carefully crafted arrangements— the band's hallmark— for an eagerly awaited return that looks ahead while staying true to its roots.
