Info
Singer-songwriter Émile Bilodeau grew up on Montreal’s South Shore and blends folk, pop and spoken delivery with lyrics rooted in Québécois French. Spotted in the mid-2010s on contest stages and small rooms, he signed with Bravo Musique and released Rites de passage in 2016, setting a direct, narrative tone that mixes everyday scenes, humor and social themes. Grandeur mature followed in 2019 with a folk-rock edge around family, friendship and the first steps into adult life. In 2021, Petite nature leaned toward brighter pop arrangements while keeping his candid writing front and center. Au bar des espoirs arrived in 2023, widening the palette with festive rhythms and quieter ballads. On stage, Émile alternates between solo and full-band formats, inviting sing-alongs with his chanté-parlé phrasing.
Émile Bilodeau plays Le Club Dix30 in Brossard on June 6, 2026. Expect a set drawing across his four albums, from lively, rhythmic tunes to intimate moments, with catchy refrains and stories pulled from the everyday.
