Born in Chapais, in northern Quebec, brothers Sonny and Erik Caouette perform as 2Frères, creating French‑language songs rooted in pop, folk and touches of country, with vocal harmonies and everyday stories at the center. Active since the late 2000s, 2Frères first emerged on the Quebec circuit before expanding to francophone venues and festivals, developing a repertoire attached to family, friendship, memories and their territory. The duo released the albums Nous autres (2015), La route (2017), À tous les vents (2020) and Science humaine (2023).
