Young Miko

Born in Añasco, Puerto Rico, Young Miko emerged in the early 2020s on the Spanish‑language urban music scene with a sound that blends reggaeton, Latin trap, melodic rap and touches of drill. She began drawing attention from 2021 through a series of singles released online, then broadened her audience with tracks like “Riri” and “Bi,” where her direct writing and flexible flow move between singing, spoken phrasing and more pop-oriented hooks. Her trajectory has developed at the intersection of the Puerto Rican scene, Latin rap and contemporary reggaeton circuits, notably through collaborations with Feid on “Classy 101,” with Karol G, and on Tainy’s project Data. In 2024 Young Miko released att., a debut album that synthesizes her various aesthetic directions—club-ready songs, more stripped-down atmospheres, and themes of relationships, desire and identity.
